-sale of land , जमीं बेच देना.

Barani (  बरानी )
 land dependent on rain water irrigation ;

 - marking stone of survey; सर्वेक्षण का पत्थर.

Diara land 

- any land which is subject to diliuvion or alluvion on account of any change in the course of river or which lies between two embankments constructed to control a river and includes any land which may be surved as dusra land under the bengal survey act, 1875, or which after enquiry is declared as such by collector . (B L C Act 61)

Do fsla (दो फसला)

- a type of land which can produce two crop in a year; वर्ष में दो फसल उत्पन्न करने वाली भूमि.

 land included under one entry  in any of the general register  of revenue paying lands and revenue free land prepared and maintained under the law for time being in force by the collector of a district. And includes government khas mahal and revenue free lands not entered in any register(B.T act 1885).

Gair maurusi ( गैर मौरूसी ) 

१.tenant at will ; 

२.non occupancy raiyat ; 

३.रैयत जिसे बेदखल किया जा सकता है; 

४.रैयत जो सीधे जमींदार को लगान न देता हो.
